Personalised
itineraries

Planning a trip to Sweden can feel overwhelming with so many options to choose from, but we are here to make your life easier.

For the traveler who seeks a journey as unique as their aspirations, we specialize in crafting fully personalised travel itineraries.

HOW IT WORKS

PRE-TRIP EXCITEMENT

After receiving your request, we will schedule a call. Maybe you know exactly what you want, got inspired by a previous trip, or have no idea yet. It doesn't matter! Based on your wishes, we will create a personal mood board: a visual sneak preview of what your trip could look like.

THE TRAVEL PROPOSAL

Are you enthusiastic about your mood board? We then ask for a deposit (which we will deduct from the total price later) and we'll make a detailed travel proposal. You'll receive a complete itinerary and can indicate what you would like to change, until it is right for you.

CONFIRMATION & BOOKING

Once you have given your final approval, we will get to work. We'll arrange everything for your trip. Accommodation, but possibly also activities, rental car and restaurants. From here on, things start to come to life. So it's time to start thinking about what to pack in your suitcase!

DETAILS BEFORE DEPARTURE

Shortly before departure, you will receive all important information: booking details, addresses, phone numbers, and local tips. Is a visit to Stockholm, Malmö or Gothenburg part of your trip? Then you will automatically receive our exclusive city guide.

What is a personalised trip?

With a personalised trip to Sweden, you book a holiday tailored to your wishes. Sweden is a large country and it can be difficult to plan a trip yourself with logical routes and beautiful, comfortable places to stay. Our travel specialists know the country, speak the language and are familiar with the beautiful places. We do the work for you and enable you to visit places that you would not have found yourself.

After a telephone consultation and a personal mood board, we will draw up a travel proposal in which we map out your trip. You can of course make changes to this if you wish. Together with you, we will arrive at a final travel proposal, after which we will book and arrange everything for you.

What budget do I need?

The budget for a personalised trip depends on factors such as the duration of your trip, travel period, your accommodation requirements, activities, and preferences for dining and transport.

However, please allow for a minimum budget of €1500 per person per week. This excludes the transport to and from Sweden.

When should I go?

The best time to visit Sweden largely depends on your preferences and what activities you plan to do. Here's a breakdown of the different periods to visit.

Spring (April - May)
Spring is a lovely time to visit Sweden as the weather starts to warm up, and the countryside bursts into bloom with flowers. It's a great time for outdoor activities like hiking and exploring parks and gardens.

Early summer (May - June)
This is our favourite time of the year. The days are the longest, it’s comfortably warm, the nature is full of vibrant colors and you'll find fewer crowds compared to July and August.

Summer (July - August)
This is the peak tourist season. The weather is generally mild and pleasant, with long daylight hours, making it ideal for outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, kayaking, and exploring the archipelagos.

Autumn (September - October)
Autumn in Sweden is beautiful as the leaves change color, creating picturesque landscapes. It's a good time for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, as well as for mushroom and berry picking in the forests. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, with cooler temperatures and occasional rain.

Winter (November - March)
Winter transforms Sweden into a winter wonderland. Winter sports enthusiasts will love skiing, snowboarding, and dog sledding opportunities. Just be prepared for cold temperatures and shorter daylight hours.
